Totaling at over 1.8 million square feet, the buildings are situated on 230 acres and included extensive site and earthwork as part of the land development. The 40 ft. clear height in each allows for maximum storage capabilities, while the 8-inch slab with no slope benefits tenants utilizing robotics operations.
Over 300 dock doors facilitate the efficient distribution of goods. The buildings were constructed for LEED accreditation with the added benefit of solar panel installation. The exterior showcases stone veneer on the tilt-up panels as well as at the points of entry. Other architectural elements include roof shingles and pop-out features to mimic a farmhouse design. Construction of the center helps meet the surrounding areas need for large-scale distribution space.
