The Los Angeles Times recently covered the construction and upcoming lease of Synapse, a new creative office KPRS is constructing for Runyon Group in Culver City. The 92,000 sf offices will be occupied by Scopely, the mobile gaming company that produces Star Trek games and other immersive entertainment experiences.
Located at 8888 Washington Blvd in Culver City, the mixed-use complex will feature four floors with the ground floor offering space for retail and restaurant tenants. Three floors of subterranean parking will be constructed with 231 capacity. The construction of Synapse arrives as part of Culver City’s rapid growth and migration of tech and media companies.
