One World Trade Center is a 27-story office building situated next the Port of Long Beach, the second busiest port in the US.

KPRS completed a major renovation on the ground floor of the iconic building, which was constructed in the late 1980s. This included an exterior plaza remodel, the interior lobby and conference center.

The newly modernized exterior plaza received concrete flat work, new large landscape planters and artwork spheres, motorized canopies and an Esthec raised wood flooring system. Rich textiles in the lobby and conference center give a needed refresh with new tile flooring, wood paneling, glass conference rooms, new ceilings and lighting and elevator upgrades.
