As the former site of The Musician’s Union of Hollywood, the project included the renovation and seismic upgrade of a historical building, the construction of a new three-story office building, and the ground-up construction of a new above-ground parking garage with 280 stalls.
Designed by HLW, the revitalized campus features access to a private landscaped courtyard for all occupants. Each building provides plenty of light with large windows and easy access to parking with the adjacent structure. Constructed for tech, entertainment and media-centric tenants in the Hollywood submarket, Netflix now fully occupies the space.
