With four floors at over 112,000 square feet, the property will also feature subterranean parking on site. The project includes a resident dining room and outdoor dining space, an activity room, fitness and wellness facility, and a cinema auditorium. A rooftop terrace will allow residents an additional outdoor recreation venue. While each living suite features a kitchenette, meals will be provided on site for residents in the commercial grade kitchen.
