Agua Mansa Commerce Park

Located in the distribution hub of Riverside County, KPRS constructed the Agua Mansa Commerce Park in partnership with CT Realty and RGA.

The center includes five buildings total and provides over 3 million square feet of LEED Silver industrial space across 300 acres.

Constructed over several phases, the first of the five buildings will be occupied by Target Corporation. Along with installation of full utility infrastructure, buildings 1, 2 and 3 received installation for future 12kA power infrastructure. As a final touch, the project also features an interpretive cultural center, marking and highlighting the historical significance of the site.
