As part of the new Alteryx global headquarters offices in Irvine, CA – the KPRS team constructed the second phase sequentially after the first phase, located in a second building on the Spectrum Terrace campus.

Similar in style and making use of an open concept design, this building also features a variety of gathering spaces with high-end finishes, kitchen with café seating, and the Alteryx signature branded VW bus to greet visitors in the lobby.
This phase was constructed to house the customer experience center and executive leadership offices. An interconnecting stair was added between floors. Specialized comfort control systems and the installation of high-end visual data displays along with Alteryx branding and design functionality are used throughout.
