Located at The Culver Steps mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Culver City, Amazon is the primary tenant who occupies the 75,000 sf creative office portion of the site.

Cal Green: Building Requirements

Special attention was focused on the lighting design with the building’s exteriors made intentionally darker so that the interior looks illuminated from within. The entire project was constructed to LEED Gold standards and meets Cal Green building requirements. The offices are adjacent to The Steps shops and restaurants and include two levels of subterranean parking.
