Employees and visitors are greeted by a sleek environment of bright colors, teak wood paneling, branded art wall graphics and polished concrete floors.
The project included the addition of office suites, innovation centers, conference and training rooms, and a heritage center. Other tenant improvements included two new telepresence rooms, a fitness center, credit union, two coffee shops, and a restaurant quality kitchen and dining area.
Beckman Coulter is a global company that develops and manufactures products for bio-medical testing.
