The project was designed for the specific needs of creative and media companies, and offers over 157,559 square feet of creative office space.
KPRS completed core and shell improvements to the original structures that included the full interior tenant improvements. Original materials like concrete block masonry, bow-truss roofs to steel frames and corrugated metal are highlighted throughout. The urban-style building features an open office design, with parking at the ground level.
