Positioned among other iconic soundstages, the new four-story Building Y is designed to coincide with the property's original warehouse-style buildings.

Located at the end of the studio property, at what was formerly the site of a mill for set design and construction, the 74,900 sf ground up structure includes conference rooms, a cafeteria commissary, storage spaces and balconies on the 2nd and 4th levels.

The entire campus continues to undergo a major transformation as Hackman Capital Partners has acquired the site.
