Canvas Costa Mesa is a new creative campus repositioning of five Class-A office buildings, which are now better connected through the creation of courtyards, meet up areas, modern landscaped walkabouts, and art installations specifically appointed for the property.

Upon entry to the site, guests are greeted with an arrival area showcasing colorful outdoor art and café lights next to a welcoming lounge space. The lobbies of each office building have been redesigned with an open indoor-outdoor concept, contributing to the creative atmosphere.
Nearly 20 unique installations of art were curated for the site, in collaboration with the City of Costa Mesa's Cultural Arts Committee. The art is seen at the entry; in the main courtyard which conveys a "block party;" and as murals in lobbies, and several free-standing wall hangings that were constructed specifically for the displays. The fresh, art-centric hub expands opportunities for tech, design and creative companies to base their operations in Orange County.
