75,000 sf Creative Office
40,000 sf Retail
Located adjacent to The Culver Studios and the historic Culver Hotel, the 3-acre site incorporates a 75,000 sf creative office occupied by Amazon Studios, 40,000 sf of retail shops and restaurants, and two levels of underground parking.
The buildings at The Culver Steps were designed to give a nod to the area’s past while highlighting current industry innovations. The redeveloped property and plaza now make the route even more pedestrian friendly with open access to easily walk or bike to surrounding downtown areas. The plaza with grand staircase creates a distinct gathering place, along with a new home for community events, concerts and vendor markets.
