Designed by HOK, the 44,794 sf tenant improvement was constructed to mimic five distinct neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Special built features include interconnecting stairs, private restrooms, exposed concrete deck ceilings and floors, upgraded elevator lobbies, wood veneer walls and ceilings, and amenity spaces.
