At completion, the property will contain a mixture of offices and production studios along with plentiful outdoor space for tenants to gather, including a landscaped courtyard and rooftop terrace.
Along with extensive demolition of the existing site, the project consists of three buildings and will include above and below-grade parking. The ECHELON site is situated in close proximity to both West Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles.
