Situated across a 2-acre site, the center point of Solis Park is the outdoor pool and spa, surrounded by a cave grotto built into the ground. Sitting adjacent is a jewel-box style community room, a rectangular structure lined with windows and doors opening out to landscaped patio areas.
While residents enjoy the pool and spa, they can walk up to the indoor-outdoor cave, which features a waterfall inside, along with a kitchen, bar space, and lounge seating. Specialty grading and earthwork was created to carve the cave into the ground while placing a walking path over the top at ground-level. Both the cave and community room will be available to reserve for resident events.
