KPRS constructed the new Hampton Inn located in the heart of Downtown Riverside, CA.

The 140 room hotel is situated on Market Street next to the historic district and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The spacious rooms feature a modern layout and finishes, along with a bright open lobby, gathering spaces, and pool. The hotel was constructed with a Type I-A podium level, and holds five stories of Type III construction above.
