Totaling at over 1.8 million square feet, the buildings will be situated on 230 acres and will include extensive site and earthwork as part of the land development. The 40 ft. clear height in each will allow for maximum storage capabilities, while the 8-inch slab with no slope will benefit tenants utilizing robotics operations. Over 300 dock doors will facilitate the efficient distribution of goods. The buildings will be constructed for LEED accreditation with the option for future solar panel installations. The exterior will showcase stone veneer on the tilt-up panels as well as at the points of entry. Other architectural elements include roof shingles and pop-out features to mimic a farmhouse design. Construction of the center will help meet the surrounding area’s need for large-scale distribution space.
