Located between the Bay Area and the Central Valley, the 4-acre site features a 32-foot clear height, 11 dock doors and over 100 parking stalls.
Proximity to the Central Valley and Interstate 580 makes the site an ideal location as a future commerce center. The building was constructed for LEED Silver certification. KPRS has completed several projects for Prologis, a worldwide developer of logistics real estate.
