The KPRS Hawaii team constructed the Royal Koa Center, an industrial park featuring two warehouse structures totaling 34,000 square feet.

The structures were built with precast concrete wall panels along with the precast roof structure using concrete double tees. These components offer longer, column-free spans, and faster installation. One of the two buildings is now occupied by Milwaukee Tools, where the interior build-out was also performed by the KPRS team.
