KPRS is constructing the new Synapse Creative Office at 8888 Washington Blvd in Culver City.

The 92,000 sf mixed-use building will feature four floors with the ground floor offering space for retail and restaurant tenants. Three floors of subterranean parking will be constructed with 231 capacity.

The construction of Synapse arrives as part of Culver City’s rapid growth and migration of tech and media companies. The complex will be leased by Scopely, the mobile gaming company that produces Star Trek games and other popular immersive entertainment experiences.
