The TriPoint Logistics Center is a new 1,135,000 sf building using tilt-up construction. The interior build-out was completed for Wayfair, a popular e-commerce home decor company who is occupying the space.

Situated on a 49 acre site, the center is conveniently located off the 5 and 120 Freeways in the city of Lathrop. A minimum 40 ft clear height is used throughout. Exterior dock doors are made with nearly 60 ft tall panels for ease of delivery.
The building features 3% skylights with an 8-inch thick super-flat slab. Specialty exterior glazing and aluminum composite canopies are installed at all four corners. Wayfair offers specialty furniture and home goods from global suppliers. The TriPoint Logistics Center serves as one of their west coast distribution hubs.
