The unique complex joins an existing historical building with a newly added structure. The existing portions underwent a seismic retrofit. The project is built to LEED Gold standards, and aesthetic upgrades like exposed brick interior give each unit unique character.
The affordable housing complex is three stories with one, two and three bedroom floor plans. Included on the property is a community room, computer room, children’s play area, and open courtyards.
