The four-story Type I and Type V building was constructed on a formerly vacant lot and holds 56 units with private parking.

Totaling 47,600 square feet, the ground floor features space for resident programs while the top three floors hold multifamily housing units. The building is constructed with a modern design featuring a brick and wood-clad facade and balcony spaces on each floor for residents to gather. The new apartment community is situated in the neighborhood with convenient access to the Metrolink station, as well as other established amenities, city parks and restaurants.
