Known as the world’s premier musical instrument and sound gear brand, the project will provide Yamaha Corporation of America increased space and capacity for their domestic operations.
With the second phase now underway, the KPRS team is constructing a new 2-story corporate office building, including exterior site improvements with landscaped terraces and outdoor café seating. Yamaha’s world-renowned musical instruments will be artfully displayed throughout the lobby and other open corridors throughout the interior. In the first phase KPRS constructed a new one story warehouse along with expanding an existing building.
