From the outset of founding KPRS, Lev worked to assemble a talented team of estimating professionals with the Preconstruction group. His enterprising cost management system still provides clients with complete flexibility to accommodate any specific requirements within standard estimating reports.
Lev continually inspires the team with a high level of enthusiasm and passion for providing clients with the best possible budget. Originally from Latvia, Lev is a proud father and grandfather. He enjoys his wife’s great cooking and hiking with her on weekends.

While in leadership roles at Kajima Construction, Bovis and Turner Companies, he constructed an array of work in commercial, entertainment, institutional, medical, and residential markets.
