As an example, with only three weeks’ notice, the Improve group completed a $24 million multiple-building TI project in just 14 weeks. This effort resulted in over $7 million per month in TI billings on a single project, and it was completed a week ahead of schedule. Outside of KPRS, the Improve group is seen as a regional leader with consistently high rankings on the Orange County Business Journal TI Contractor’s List.
