On the industrial side, he led the team that constructed the Perris Distribution Facility, which is operated by Whirlpool. At the time of completion, its 1.7 million square feet was one of Southern California’s largest buildings. He is proud to have taken part in the award-winning Huy Fong Foods headquarters in Irwindale CA, which houses the production of the popular sriracha sauce. Rick’s involvement in the hundreds of industrial buildings constructed by KPRS makes him an established and recognized leader by clients in the industrial market.
